If you are interested in having your children or classroom participate in the March read-a-thon, contact us to sign them up and to receive the read-a-thon packet.
What is the read-a-thon?
A read-a-thon is a fundraising program designed to incite more reading in our schools and homes. Our read-a-thon raises awareness for the 10/40 Window and offers students the opportunity to directly partner with us in the work.
A student finds sponsors who pledge to give a certain amount of cents per page the student reads. ($0.01, $0.02, $0.05, $0.10…. a page.) The student enjoys reading during the month of March.
At the end of the read-a-thon, the student will submit their total page quantity to their sponsors who then give the money the student has raised.
Collectively from all the participating students across all participating schools, we will be giving a prize to the student who has the most sponsors and a prize to the student who reads the most pages.

Funds from the 2024 March Read-a-thon will go to support the Kingdom Channels’ Where Needed Most fund.
