T SERIES Trainings
Kingdom Channels T Series Trainings are hands-on trainings that teach leadership and team dynamics in high-pressure scenarios, as well as other practical skills.
Why Tseries?
As we send teams and establish projects in hard-to-access regions in the 10/40 Window, we understand the need for training and equipping workers in leadership and other practical skills.
The challenges of being present and working in hard-to-access places are daunting and complex. This is why we believe in preparation for the work.
We have developed numerous trainings with an emphasis on leadership, team dynamics, and practical skills.
The T Series Trainings are an intense introduction to what workers may face while serving in difficult, limited-access places.
T3 Training
T3 aims to empower disciples to function under duress and bring peace in turmoil, through practical experience with teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. Students are taught crisis management, medical skills, wilderness survival, team dynamics and more!
Prerequisites to attend T3 are one of the following: FOCUS Training, 6 weeks of international experience, 4 weeks of Middle East experience, or involvement in emergency response stateside.

T5 Training
T5 significantly builds on concepts taught at T3 and T4, with a strong emphasis on long-term field work and leadership. The vision for this training is developing leaders to effectively advance the Kingdom Channels Great Purpose. T5 is held on an as-needed basis, and involves team formation stateside and also time spent in a foreign cross-cultural setting.
T3 and T4 are prerequisites for this training, and the training is held on an as-needed basis.
T4 Training
T4 takes students to a higher skill level, further ingraining teamwork and tactics for dynamic and unstable situations. Trainees spend a week honing their skills for working in rural and urban environments, with an emphasis on teamwork, leading field projects, and an introduction to pre-hospital field care in hostile regions.
T3 is a prerequisite to this training.
